What is the Caffè Nero loyalty card?

The Caffè Nero loyalty card is a physical loyalty card which can be used to collect stamps for any Barista-prepared drinks, just like you would with the paper stamp card. You can pick up the loyalty card at the till and start using it to collect stamps before you download the app. To view and use the stamps you have collected, all you need to do is link the loyalty card to your app when you sign up on the Caffè Nero app.

How can I add a Caffè Nero loyalty card to the app?

A Caffè Nero loyalty card must be linked to the app during the account registration process. To add a Loyalty Card when signing up, just select ‘Sign Up with a Loyalty Card’, enter your Loyalty Card details and sign up with your email and password.

Once you have created your account, you will see the stamps you have accumulated with your loyalty card in the app.

I already have the Caffè Nero app - can I transfer my Loyalty Card stamps to the app?

Yes - it is possible to transfer the stamps and vouchers you collected on the Caffè Nero loyalty card, even after registering for an app account. In order to do so, simply select “Add a Loyalty Card” in the settings menu.

I have forgotten to add the loyalty card when I created my app account, what do I do?

Don’t worry, you can transfer the loyalty you collected on  the Loyalty Card to your Caffè Nero app after registration.

To transfer the stamps and vouchers from a Loyalty Card to an existing account, please select ‘Add a Loyalty Card’ from the Settings menu and enter the loyalty card number and the 3-digit PIN.

Please note that when you add a loyalty card to your account after registration, the loyalty card is deactivated. Don't worry, though, you will still be able to continue collecting stamps through the app.

Where can I get a Caffè Nero loyalty card?

You can pick up a Caffè Nero loyalty card at any Caffè Nero outlet - they are available at the till. If you don’t see any, please ask one of the Baristas.

Where can I see the stamps and vouchers I collected with the loyalty card?

You can view your accrued stamps and vouchers by downloading the Caffè Nero app from the App Store or Google Play Store and adding the Loyalty Card when creating an account.

Once you have signed up, the stamps and vouchers you have collected will be visible in the app.

I picked up multiple Caffè Nero loyalty cards. What do I do?

You can transfer the stamps and vouchers you have collected from multiple loyalty cards to the app. In order to do so, simply head to the settings menu and select “Add a Loyalty Card”. Please note that loyalty cards are deactivated once the stamps and vouchers they hold have been transferred to the app.

I forgot to scan my loyalty card. Can I still get my stamps?

Unfortunately it is not possible to add stamps to a transaction retroactively if the Loyalty Card was not scanned.
