I’ve been sent a voucher but it’s expired…

All vouchers are subject to the original expiry date from when it was first issued. For example a Fully Stamped Card voucher has a lifetime of 18 months and the expiry date is not reset when a voucher is sent.

It is up to the sender when to send their voucher; unfortunately there is nothing we can do to intervene or extend a voucher’s expiration period.
