How to claim my voucher?

In order to claim a voucher,  you need to click on the link that was sent to you. If you do not click on the link straight away and do not remember how the voucher was sent to you, you would need to talk to the friend that sent the voucher in the first place. As the sending of the voucher occurs outside the app we would not be able to know how through which channel the voucher was sent and would not be able to provide you with any information.
